Paul P. Wolf, attorney and founding partner of Mitchell, Hoffman & Wolf, LLC, received his Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School in 1985. Mr. Wolf focuses his practice on representing plaintiffs in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases including automobile accidents, excessive force by law enforcement, construction negligence, premises liability, and medical malpractice.

 

He participates in programs at the Department of Children and Family Services to provide legal representation for wards of the state and is on the regional board of the Anti-Defamation League. Mr. Wolf is a member of the Civil Rights Committee and has received special recognition for his support in the fight against anti-semitism, racism, hatred, and bigotry.

 

Mr. Wolf has been listed by Chicago Magazine as a "Super Lawyer" in the area of personal injury litigation every year since 2007. He has succeeded in prosecuting matters that have led to well over $30 million in actual recoveries for his clients. Most recently, in 2010, Paul Wolf successfully negotiated a $7.85 million settlement on behalf of the siblings of a 17-year-old girl struck by a bus as she was crossing the street and died four months later.  Also, in 2010, he obtained $2.7 million for a construction worker injured on the job, and $1.2 million for the family of a newborn that needed his thumb amputated due to medical negligence.
